Imaging Services

We offer cutting-edge confocal imaging services to support researchers in academia, startups, and established companies with high-end platform technologies in the imaging space. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, enabling researchers to explore nano-scale architecture and dynamic phenomena within living systems. We provide access to a diverse range of advanced microscopes, including the LSM 780 Confocal Microscope with multi-photon LASER (Carl ZEISS), FV3000 Confocal Microscopes (Olympus, Upright & Inverted), SP5 Confocal Microscope (Leica), Macro Zoom Microscope MVX10 (Olympus), Atomic Force Microscope (Bruker), SIM/STORM Microscope (Nikon), LASER Dissection Microscope (PALM-ZEISS), and Dual Color STED Microscope (Abberior Instruments). Our imaging services are complemented by comprehensive bioimage analysis capabilities, offering 2D/3D image quantification, customized workflow development for image analysis using tools like Fiji, CellProfiler, and Python scripts, macro development for Fiji, tracking, automated pipeline development for high-content screening (HCS) image data, single-cell data extraction, and automated data analysis for extracted HCS image data.

Biological Characterization
